Repairs are labour only and do not cover any parts, software, data back-up or consumables which may be required.
1 Collection, delivery and home visits apply to Melton, Leicester, Bingham, Oakham, Bottesford, Newark, Southwell, Grantham, Loughborough, Market Harborough, Sleaford and surrounding areas only.
2 Free collection and delivery service is just drop off and pick up, if there is any set up needed an arrangement will have to be made for an engineer to make a home visit.
3 Insurance Letter includes testing and engineers report, payable in advance.
4 If the repair is not economically viable then there will be just a £19.99 charge for laptops for the time taken to investigate the problem.
