You can either drop your equipment in to us for us to repair in store or we will be happy to come out and sort any problems where you are. It may even be possible for us to help you remotely so give us a call next time your computer isn’t behaving as it should.
We offer a range of pricing options tailored to your needs, from fixed price call-out and hourly labour rates, to reduced rates and priority call-out times to those of you preferring a retainer option, or guaranteed response times and NO call-out and NO labour charges for those of you wishing to take out a maintenance contract.

A free site inspection is available for all companies wishing to take out a retainer or maintenance contract and for those of you looking to purchase new equipment.

Retainers
If you take out one of our retainer options you will receive priority support and discounts on onsite labour plus be entitled to unlimited free support and advice by various means depending on the option taken.
Bronze Plan £25 per month – includes priority onsite and workshop repair service, labour rates £40 per hour plus e-mail support.
Silver Plan £50 per month – includes priority onsite and workshop repair service, labour rates £35 per hour plus e-mail support and telephone support.
Gold Plan £100 per month – includes priority onsite and workshop repair service, labour rates £25 per hour plus e-mail support, telephone support and remote access support.
Maintanence Contracts
For total peace of mind why not cover your computers, servers, printers and switches with one of our maintenance contracts.
You can cover your computers from as little as £5.00 per month, the contracts can be paid monthly or yearly and we have a range of guaranteed response times to choose from.
